These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agentsorted.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Agentsorted ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Service

Agentsorted is a real estate agent matching service. We connect homebuyers and sellers with licensed real estate agents based on their needs, location, and preferences.

  • Our service is free for consumers. You will never be charged a fee for using Agentsorted.
  • We are a referral service, not a real estate brokerage. We do not provide real estate advice, negotiate transactions, or represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.

2. Referral Fee Disclosure

Transparency is core to our service. Here is exactly how we make money:

  • When we match you with an agent, that agent agrees to pay Agentsorted a referral fee.
  • The referral fee is typically 25% of the agent's gross commission.
  • This fee is paid by the agent, not by you.
  • The fee is only paid if your real estate transaction closes.
  • This referral fee does not increase the commission you pay.

3. How Matching Works

When you submit your information through our matching form, we review your needs and connect you with one or more licensed real estate agents in your area. Our matching considers factors including agent experience, specialization, location expertise, and availability.

You are under no obligation to work with any agent we recommend. If the match is not right, let us know and we will try again — or you can walk away, no questions asked.

4. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA Disclosure)

By submitting your information through our matching form, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Agentsorted and the agent(s) we match you with, using the contact information you provided. This may include:

  • Phone calls (including to mobile numbers)
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)
  • Emails

You understand that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or receiving any service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@agentsorted.com or by replying STOP to any text message.

5. Real Estate Licensing Disclosure

Agentsorted operates as a licensed real estate referral service. We refer consumers to licensed real estate agents and receive a referral fee at closing. We do not:

  • Act as your real estate agent or broker
  • Provide real estate advice or opinions on property value
  • Negotiate on your behalf in any transaction
  • Guarantee the outcome of any real estate transaction

All agents matched through Agentsorted are independently licensed real estate professionals. Your relationship with a matched agent is governed by the agreements you enter into directly with that agent.

6. No Guarantees

While we work to match you with qualified agents, we do not guarantee:

  • Any particular outcome from working with a matched agent
  • The accuracy of agent-provided information (reviews, transaction history, etc.)
  • That an agent will be available in your area or timeframe
  • Any specific home price, closing timeline, or financial result

We encourage you to independently verify agent credentials and carefully review any agreements before signing.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not submit false or misleading information.
  • Not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Agentsorted or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
  • We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentsorted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentsorted, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and Agentsorted agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
